"Local" or "Favorites" by default, not "Home"

Even if I download all of Megascans in existence, it will open in Home.Even if the absolute default behaviour for most people would be to go and search for content in locally downloaded libraries.

On top of that Home content tekes time to load, and only then it automaically expands the home menu. Which means that if I open bridge and click "Local", I will end up clicking some item in the Home menu.

Proposed solution: always open bridge in "Local" or "Favorites", or have an option to always open it in one of those.
