javascript login error when using bridge in ue5
AnsweredHello, I want to use Unreal Engine 5 Quickcel Bridge on my company's work PC.
However, a JavaScript Alert warning window appears with the phrase
"Login Failed-Please try again.." and login fails.
Having trouble using my company internet?
I did a search and it seems that there are many people with similar problems.
But I couldn't find a workaround.
Is proxy address registration required?
Please help in any way.
thank you.

Hello skykims,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. When working on a company machine, it's likely that some address is being blocked and preventing Unreal Engine or Bridge from connecting to the internet. In order to allow a full internet connection, there are a few addresses that will need to be whitelisted by your IT team. You can find the full list of addresses, here.
Please note that Bridge is also not currently capable of use from behind a proxy server. If there's anything else that we may assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to Quixel support directly via the link, here.
