Could not send data over port 13292

Bridge is no longer working for UE4 or 3ds Max 2021. Its been working fine until I had a small security update for 3ds max and now it doesn't work for either.

I can't figure out how to fix it. I've already tried following the remove info, by removing the plugin via deleting the quixel.ms file and the max folder multiple times. Before and after restarting the computer. Still no effect.

Can someone help me fix this please
