Megascans plugin not showing up in 4.27 UE

i've uninstalled all related programs/ applications, made sure pathing is correct and tried a couple of suggestions in the forums to resolve the issue but no matter what, I can't get the Megascans plugin to show up in Unreal Engine on my home pc. I'm not sure what to do or how to fix it at this point

  In this case, I recommend removing the plugin and then reinstalling it. You can do this by following this guide, which provides uninstall steps for Windows and Mac users.
