    Hi Peterk, thanks for posting on the Forum! Could you clarify as to what happens when you attempt to download anything? Are you trying to download via the website, or Bridge? If Bridge, stand-alone or within UE5?

    Please submit as much info as possible so we can assist adequately. Additionally, please view this Guide: https://help.quixel.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360009465778-GUIDE-Types-of-Issues-and-Basic-Troubleshooting and follow the steps under "Connection Issues" to verify that nothing is restricting your internet with our tools or services.

    Hi Laila,

    I'm trying to download the plugins and items within Bridge (for eventual export to both 3dsmax and ue4). 

    1) When trying to download the plugins, it says "downloading", then just hangs forever.

    2) For most assets, the download starts, gets to 2%, then just hangs forever.

    Hi Peterk, from what you've described, it does seem likely that Bridge is getting restricted internet access, so please follow the troubleshooting above, and let me know how it turns out.

    If it isn't resolved, I'll convert your ticket into an email, and we'll reach out to ask for your Bridge.log file and continue from there.

    and me .... not dowlanding 

    and my Quixel bridge try dowland blender plugin version 3.7 but he cant dowland too
