Quixel Bridge won't download anything
AnsweredI use quixel via Epic, I've tried (for the last year) to download and install the plugins for unreal/3dsmax, and to download an asset or two, without ever having success.
I've read every post, deleted and re-installed every file, changed drivers, etc to make it work, but nothing.
I can't download any plugins, or any assets. What do I do ?

Hi Peterk, thanks for posting on the Forum! Could you clarify as to what happens when you attempt to download anything? Are you trying to download via the website, or Bridge? If Bridge, stand-alone or within UE5?
Please submit as much info as possible so we can assist adequately. Additionally, please view this Guide: https://help.quixel.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360009465778-GUIDE-Types-of-Issues-and-Basic-Troubleshooting and follow the steps under "Connection Issues" to verify that nothing is restricting your internet with our tools or services.

Hi Peterk, from what you've described, it does seem likely that Bridge is getting restricted internet access, so please follow the troubleshooting above, and let me know how it turns out.
If it isn't resolved, I'll convert your ticket into an email, and we'll reach out to ask for your Bridge.log file and continue from there.
