(SOLVED!) MAYA (MAC) PLUGIN PROBLEM "could not send data over port 13291"Answered
--- Edited : *For troubleshooting, you can jump to see my post #04 below ---
Hi there.. I have problem with Maya 2020 (Mac Catalina 10.15.7).
After i've updated latest version Bridge (v2022.0.4), when i sent assets to Maya, my Maya goes Crash. And when i reopen Maya then i resend the assets again, this what i get : "could not send data over port 13291"
I've tried to remove and reinstall the plugin using bridge (v2022.0.4), i can't download it. There is notice 'Not Available On Server' :
So i try to install OLD Bridge (v2020.x and 2021.x), still i can not download it even the download button and the server plugin is available :
What can i do?
Hi.. I just want to say that the problem has been solved.
This is what I do:
- Uninstall Bridge
- Delete 'quixel.mod' file
You can see it here : https://help.quixel.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003342738-Removing-the-Maya-Plugin
- Delete the Maya folder in the your 'Megascans Library/support/plugins/'
Delete 2 folders 'Bridge & Megascans Bridge' (for Mac users) :
/Users/[USER]/Library/Application Support/Megascans Bridge
*For Windows users can also see here: https://help.quixel.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360009465778-GUIDE-Types-of-Issues-and-Basic-Troubleshooting
- Install Bridge and re-download the plugin again..
