Bridge + Clarise error
AnsweredHey
So this is odd, I was able to run bridge at home, but at work I just get :
```
Running Megascans Bridge client
Starting up...
Making socket on port 24981
Socket bound
Listening to incoming Bridge requests...
'C:\Users\admin\alias.cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Exception in thread Thread-2:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "threading.py", line 801, in __bootstrap_inner
File "MSLiveLink\MS_ClLiveLink.py", line 32, in run
File "subprocess.py", line 223, in check_output
CalledProcessError: Command 'tasklist' returned non-zero exit status 1
```
Any idea what might be causing it? I'm a bit lost...

Hi,
Thanks for posting! Are you using a supported version of Clarisse? You can confirm here: https://help.quixel.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002073717-Which-DCCs-and-render-engines-can-I-export-assets-to-via-Quixel-Bridge-with-the-Plugins-

Hey
Yes, I am. I've updated python "Print" statements to be py3.0 compatible. As I mentioned, I can run it on my home pc but I can't run it on my work pc. I'm trying to figure out if it's our admin IT issue, or it's down to something script related. The MS_ClLiveLink.exe seems to be calling that alias.cmd thing, which does not exist in that place. So maybe it tries to make a file to run & user permissions don't let it? How can I pre-make the file and give it permission? Can you share it? I've tried to run it on administrator account but still no luck. -
Thanks for confirming Dariusz, our Tech Engineers will be in touch via mail to investigate this further.
