Windos 10 detected something like TROJAN VIRUS, what is that?

If im honestly i dont know how it can be a virus, but now i dont know if my pc is infected with something. Today i open bridge for test something on unreal, when i press on download, my antivirus automatically detected imageprocessor (trojan)

 

Someone can help me? Now i feel unsafe, i have my pc with a lot of confidential and personal information, and too with work confidential information..

  I'm getting the same from Windows Defender after its last update. It's probably a false positive, but am quarantining it just to be safe. Unfortunately this will probably break stuff as well.

  This is a false positive. We don't distribute viruses.

  I did not want it to be interpreted that you distribute viruses, from ignorance one becomes alarmed because I take good care of my PC from viruses, without inserting USB or anything.
